Trunk-or-Treat: A Sweet Success
One of the first delightful surprises this October was our decision to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat event on a Friday instead of the usual Saturday due to the weather forecast. This decision resulted in a grand success. We had the pleasure of handing out over 300 pieces of candy to enthusiastic participants. What made this event even more special was that it provided a stress-free alternative to the traditional Trick-or-Treat for children with autism. The smiles and laughter shared during the event warmed our hearts and made it all the more memorable.
Turning Rainy Days into Online Crafty Delights
Unfortunately, the outdoor Fall Craft Fair hosted by the JLW Mountain Laurel Lions Club had to be canceled due to rainy weather. But, as they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Without skipping a beat, we joined an Invitation Only online Fall Crafters Fair, showcasing Handmade Goods, including some of our newest releases and offerings from other amazing vendors. This event is open from October 20 through October 26 and features giveaways and a $50 prize raffle to be used at the event with any vendor. It's a unique and exciting opportunity to discover fantastic handcrafted goods from the comfort of your home. Message us for an invite!
