Each ornament is made with special care to detail. 

If you are personalizing or customizing an ornament, we will send you a concept picture to ensure we hit the mark. 

  • Handmade Ornaments/Pet Gear: We will customize approved "Add-ons"/Embellishments, some colors/patterns for existing templates/products or discuss something completely new.
  • Personalize: Want to add a name to your ornament to make it even more special? Want a special embellishment that has meaning to you or someone you care for? We can discuss the possibilities! If only adding a name, type the name in the "Order Special Instructions" section in the cart.
  • Special Needs Ornaments/Gifts: If your child has special needs and there is something we can do to increase their Joy (a strap added to ensure a more secure grip, not breakable materials, fully washable item, no small parts, etc), please let us know! Let's see what we can do!

Click on "Add to Quote". You will be prompted to submit your name, email and a brief description of what you are looking for. You will not be charged at this time. 

* We retain the Right of Refusal if deemed inappropriate for our brand.

Give 1-2 weeks for processing "Made to Order/Customized" ornaments (Each one is handmade, individually crafted and made to order).

If listed as a "One of a Kind/Limited Edition" ornament, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless other arrangements are made, ie. Shipped with other items ordered).
