#23 October:Welcome Fall
We love Autumn! October, with its vibrant colors, brings a breathtaking beauty to the season. The cooler weather after the heat and humidity of summer energizes us, making it the perfect time for new beginnings.
New Beginnings
September brought many firsts for us, and October ushers in a new chapter for Crystalyn’s Creative Attic. As we enter our third year, we’re bringing even more to the table! This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate the Phenomenal Woman.
After an extensive search for the right person to help us manage our social media platforms, we found a truly “phenomenal woman” in Amy Percevault. Amy's skills and dedication quickly stood out, so much so that we promoted her to Administrative Assistant! With Amy taking over some of the workload, we can now focus more on our passion—creating!
Breast Cancer Awareness
October is also a time to shine a light on Breast Cancer Awareness. There are countless women fighting this battle who need all the support we can offer. We’re fortunate to have some fantastic local programs in Pennsylvania that uplift breast cancer survivors and their families. This cause is personal to us, as we’ve seen loved ones fight and lose the battle in the past. But we hope to make a difference and help those who are still fighting for their futures.
To show our support, we are excited to announce our Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser, dedicated to my sister, Roxanne (who battled it twice); Crystalyn’s mother-in-law, Hazel (who passed away four years ago); and Amy’s sister, Kira (a recent survivor). We’ll be raffling a basket full of goodies, with all the details coming soon.
Halloween and Fall Products
On a lighter note, we’re embracing the Halloween spirit with some spooky new products! We’re introducing:
- Royal Ghost, Punkin Jax, Fiddlestix, and Crypt Kickers Halloween stickers
- A Halloween Picture Frame DIY kit
- Fall Art Basket magnets
Stay tuned for more updates and details, and as always, thank you for being part of our journey!
Happy Fall!—Linda, Crystalyn’s Creative Attic
