Where did the time go? November and December absolutely flew by!
November kept us happily busy as we created products for two wonderful craft fairs—Harvest Church on Saturday the 15th and West Milford Presbyterian Church on the 22nd. It was a whirlwind of creativity and travel, with me heading from Jersey to PA for Harvest Church, and Crystalyn making the reverse trip for West Milford. Teamwork at its finest!
Thanksgiving followed on the 27th, and it was a great one spent with family—especially memorable because it was the first time I can remember Thanksgiving falling after my son-in-law’s birthday. A funny turkey story to go with it: Eric usually buys a very large turkey just days before the holiday, but this year there were no “big birds” to be found, so he had to settle for a turkey breast. Little did I know, the “small” 16-pound turkey I brought along as a backup would completely save the day!
December didn’t slow down a bit. Crystalyn traveled out to join me for the Our Lady Queen of Peace Craft Fair on December 6th, and shortly after, it was my turn to head back to PA for the Christmas holidays.
Christmas Eve was extra special as we all celebrated together with ALL of my grandkids—our first with Carlos, who married Tiffany and officially became the newest member of our family. With both Eric and Crystalyn working that day, getting dinner ready turned into a spontaneous (and hilarious) adventure. What it lacked in planning, it more than made up for in laughter, fun, and memories we’ll be talking about for years.
Christmas Day started off perfectly with breakfast featuring our semi-annual supply of kielbasa from our favorite family-owned Polish deli—Quaker Creek Store in the Black Dirt region of Goshen, New York. A true tradition and always a hit!
As we look back, God has truly been very good to us this year. We are incredibly grateful for our growing business—and especially for the amazing people who support it and make it all possible.
Thank you for your valuable and visible support. We wish you a healthy, prosperous New Year and look forward to seeing you in 2026! 🎉
